Wang Xiong, Chairman of Railway Writers Association of China, the former Secretary of Party Committee and president of People's Railway Newspaper, part-time professors of Southwest Jiaotong University. He devoted to news and propaganda work for a long time, with decades of years’ experience of first line news and propaganda work and over twenty years’ news propaganda management work experience.
